Timeless is a charitable non-profit initiative focused on sustainability and social impact. The brand collects damaged and second-hand garments directly from people’s homes, up-cycling them into unique, high-quality clothes and accessories. The income generated from these creations is donated to social causes.
Inspired by the RSA brief, 'For the Long Term', this project encourages individuals and communities to think beyond the present, promoting long-term, positive change for both the environment and society. Through this initiative, Timeless seeks to foster a culture of sustainability while supporting causes that benefit future generations.

To develop the Timeless brand, I crafted a detailed branding strategy and visual identity that reflects its mission and values. I conducted in-depth research into the psychology of the target audiences - those who purchase the up-cycled products and those who donate garments - ensuring the brand resonates with both. By applying design thinking and systems thinking, I created an ad campaign that communicates Timeless' core message of sustainability and social impact. I also explored current sustainable fashion practices, potential funding programs, and future partnerships to support the brand’s growth.
The project ultimately aims to inspire long-term thinking and action towards a healthier planet and a more sustainable future for all.
